Yahoo! in Ireland approached us to help them devise, design and deliver a combined web and print campaign to help Yahoo! employees become more aware of the services available to them while they travel conducting their Yahoo-related business.
Internal resources readily available to employees were being under-utilised even though there was a very high level of support in place for staff so they could deal with issues like lost or stolen luggage, wallets, travel documents etc. as well as essential expenses.

We helped Yahoo! conceive and execute a poster campaign that aimed to alert employees of the excellent services at their disposal while they travel the world. We also designed and developed an extensive website that ran on top of the internal Yahoo intranet that connects the network of Yahoo! offices in Ireland, UK and mainland Europe.
By combining an internal national and international office poster campaign that utilises simple and effective messaging with a clear, simple and attractive extension to the Yahoo! intranet we empowered the accounts departments within Yahoo to better engage and educate employees on best-practice in relation to expense claims and travel insurance.
Apart from all that it was great to work with a company that powered our searches when we started using the web back in 1994 as teenagers. Of course the company was called “Jerry and David’s Guide to the World Wide Web” back then but that’s another story…
